設計概要

別府市内の静かな佇まいに建つRC住宅の例。施主側の希望も有り、2階

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

建てL型プランの切妻をスタディする事になったが、素直に取り組めば

建築になりにくいと思った。そこで、高さの異なる切り妻で屋根を二つに

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

切り分けた。その上で2階床レベルで外に広がる水平スラブが建物全体に

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

纏わり付く案を提案させて頂いた。水平スラブに様々な働きを持たせた事

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

が、この住宅の特徴でもある。又このスラブを突ききる二つの切り妻の棟

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

は、天然スレートに貼り包まれている。常々見て慣らされ過ぎた日本の２

　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

階建住宅のプロポーションが気掛かりで仕方ない。しっ喰・木・石とい

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

う自然の素材に包まれこの家が穏やかに変化していく事を願っている。




F・Residence（Eaves　House)


Example of one R.C house that built in a quiet neighborhood in Beppu city

The client side also hoped for the gable of two stories L type shaped plan

house,so planing was continued to study. But it is not easy to express

architecturally if I planed it obediently working.

Then , the roof was divided two side with the gable of different height. I

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

proposed the idea that the flat slab extended to the outside from the second

floor which hangs to the entire building. The feature of this residence is the

extended flat slab which fulfills various function.

And the two divided ridge that pass through the flat slab are coverd with

natural slate stone. It is a reluctant to see a ratio of two stories houses in

Japan, because there are too much to built.

I wish that this house wrapped in the material of nature (plaster,the

wood,and the stone) to be changed gradually.
